WTF?

𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘰 𝘐 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘢𝘺?

Why I am I questioning…

…being an entrepreneur❓
⠀
…being a business owner❓
⠀
…being a husband ❓
⠀
…a father❓
⠀
…a man❓
⠀
These are supposed to be the greatest pieces of my life.
⠀
I did everything they said.
⠀
I hit all my targets.
⠀
But I am sitting, waiting, holding my breath, because I know the House of CardS is about to fall?

They don’t see it, I see it.
⠀
These weren’t real, these were just numbers on paper.
⠀
They don’t know what it means to be the boss.
⠀
𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴.
⠀
𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘹𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘺.
⠀
𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸.

I mean how do they not see it…

      ❌ The recession is here.
⠀
           ❌ It’s impossible to hire good staff these days, damn millenials.
⠀
               ❌ I can’t find someone to help me, because they can’t do it like I do.
⠀
𝘐𝘵'𝘴 𝘢 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴, 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘢𝘭𝘭.

And I can't help but wonder if it's only a matter of days, weeks, or maybe even months before it happens.
⠀
So why am I even trying, it’s inevitable, there is nothing that will stop it all from happening.
⠀
And now it’s just getting worse.
⠀
      😡 My wife’s mad at me.
⠀
           🫥 I missed Johnny’s game, no way I am making Jackie’s recital.
⠀
               🤬 And of course they will just give me $#+ for missing it, they don’t understand what it takes to run this
company, lead these teams.

And I get it, they can be mad, but they just don’t understand…

I went through this for years, 16+ years in fact.
⠀
So I get it.
⠀
What you do as a Business Owner, Husband, Father is nothing short of amazing to just try and keep it together.
⠀
Know this, 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗘.

It's a common feeling among entrepreneurs, to feel like you're on top of the world one moment and questioning everything the next. 𝙈𝙮 𝙬𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙗𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙗𝙞𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙧.

The stress and pressure of running a business can take a toll on you, both mentally and physically. 𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙨 325+ 𝙥𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙨, 𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙧𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙥𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙞𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙡.

It's important to remember that success is not a destination, but a journey. 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗵𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟰𝟭 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 & 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲.

It's normal to have doubts and fears, especially in the face of a recession and a tough job market. But it's important to remember that you're not alone in these thoughts and feelings.

Take care of yourself, both physically and mentally. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙄 𝙙𝙤 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙮 𝘽𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙚.

Make sure you're taking the time to relax, exercise, and spend time with loved. 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣’𝙩 𝙗𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛𝙞𝙨𝙝.

And don't be afraid to seek professional help if you need it.

It's also important to remember that success is not just measured by the numbers on paper, but by the impact you make on your team, your community, and your family.

Find balance in your life, between your work and your personal life.

It can be hard to balance everything, but it is possible.

Instead of being stuck in the 𝙏𝙧𝙞𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙖 𝙤𝙛 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮, become the master of it and live the life you desire.

Remember to take a step back and take a deep breath, and remind yourself that you're doing the best you can.
